Accomodation

• The department will cover the accommodation costs in Davos for the duration of the symposium (overnight stay, breakfast and tourism tax. No extras like minibar consumption, parking costs, etc.).
• Rooms will be assigned to the participants by the organizers. Allocation rules:
  • Professors, senior scientists, special guests: single rooms
  • Postdocs: double rooms
  • Doctoral students and students: 3-4 bed rooms

Participants who require a special room assignment for medical reasons should make a corresponding comment in the comment field of the registration site.

• Davos Congress will contact all participants directly with assigned accommodation information.
• Cancellation conditions:
  
  • Cancellation until April 18, 2024: free of charge
  • Cancellations as of April 19, 2024: 100% of accomodation costs charged to D-BIOL will be invoiced to you.
    
• Participants who wish a different room allocation must organize themselves.
  The department will reimburse the following contributions after participation and presentation of the accommodation costs (based on bed and breakfast and tourism tax. If the costs incurred are lower, only the actual costs will be paid):
  
  • Doctoral and undergraduate students max. CHF 50.00/night
  • Postdocs max. CHF 70.00/night
