Become a vocational trainer at ETH
Function
As a vocational trainer, you are responsible for the practical training of apprentices in the laboratory. You introduce them to the daily work routine, define learning objectives with them, accompany, support and encourage them in their practical work and skills. You assess the learning outcomes in semester qualifications.

Requirements
To start as a vocational trainer, you should meet the following requirements:
- Completed vocational training (apprenticeship as laboratory technician, Master or PhD in Biology)
- Profound knowledge in the laboratory field
- Pleasure in training young adults
- Willingness to act as a role model
